Green Chilli Thecha

Nidhi Agrawal
Thecha is a Maharashtrian accompaniment made using green chilli peppers and garlic along with a few other spices. It is basically a coarsely pounded green chilli chutney.
Made with just 4-5 ingredients, goes best with Chawal Bhakri, Whole Wheat Bhakri and Jowar Bhakri. But it tastes yummy with Dal-Chawal, Parathas as well. It is a side condiment that perks up any meal, especially if the dishes are bland.
