Aloo Tikki burgers are made with crisp golden potato patties sandwiched in burger buns topped with veggies, spices, sauces, and mayonnaise.

For Aloo Tikki
- 12 Boiled Potatoes small
- ¾ tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- ½ tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tbsp Chaat Masala
- 4-5 tbsp Rice Flour/ Corn Flour
- 4 tbsp Oil - 4 tbsp for shallow frying the tikkis
- Salt to taste
For Toppings:
- 2 Tomato medium, thin sliced
- 2 Onion medium, thin sliced
- 4 tbsp Mayonaisse
- 2 tbsp Butter for applying on the buns
- 6 buns Burger Buns
- Mustard Sauce as desired, optional
- Barbeque Sauce as desired, optional
- Chaat Masala to taste
Peel and mash the potatoes.
Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala, salt and mix well.
Add rice flour/corn flour and mix evenly to form a dough.
Now divide the dough into 6 equal parts.
Shape each part into round tikkis.
Shallow fry in pan till they are crisp and golden from both the sides.
Slice the burger buns horizontally and fry in pan with little butter till slightly crisp.
Assembling:
Apply mayonaisse on the bottom slice.
Place the aloo tikki on mayonaisse.
Again apply little mayonaisse on aloo tikki.
Now top this with the sliced onions, tomatoes and sprinkle some chaat masala.
Add little barbaque sauce and mustard sauce.
Now cover with the other slice.
Make all the aloo tikki burgers as we made above.
Serve burgers immediately with any chutney or tomato sauce.
