Sesame Cookies

Nidhi Agrawal
Sesame cookies are crunchy and from Lebanese cuisine. Once I had it at my friend's place, I loved it and could't resist making these cookies, on the occasion of Makar Sankranti.
In this, a simple ball is formed from a dough, flattened and dipped in sesame seeds, then baked until golden and crunchy.
