Sesame Cookies

15th January 2016 By Nidhi Agrawal 2 Comments

Sesame cookies are crunchy and from Lebanese cuisine. Once I had it at my friend’s place, I loved it and couldn’t resist making these cookies, on the occasion of Makar Sankranti.

In this recipe, a simple ball is made from a dough, flattened and dipped in sesame seeds, then baked until they become golden and crunchy.
