Tomato, Corn, Paneer, and Mushroom Pizza was made by me for new year’s eve and it was a hit. It just took me about 20 mins to make it.

Tomato Corn Paneer and Mushroom Pizza
INGREDIENTS
- Pizza Base – 1
- Butter – 2 tbsp
- Pizza sauce – 4 tbsp
- Tomato – ¼ cup (chopped)
- Paneer – ¼ cup (cut into cubes)
- Mushroom – ¼ cup (cut into 2 pieces)
- Corn – ¼ cup
- Oregano – ½ tsp
- Chilli Flakes – ¼ tsp
- Pizza Cheese – ½ cup (Britannia cheeza)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Grease butter on the lower side of base.
- Apply pizza sauce on top of the pizza base.
- Top the pizza with chopped vegetables and cheese.
- Bake the pizza in a 220 °C pre-heated oven for 10 mins.
- Finally, sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes on top of the pizza.
