Summer Delight

Summer Delight is a very delicious dessert. It is made by my children for their pre-college party organised by them, for their friends. It was a hit among their friends.

Summer Delight

Ingredients (1 glass)

• Mango Pulp/Crush – 2 tbsp
• Orange Crush – 2 tbsp
• Crushed Ice – ¼ cup
• Vanilla Icecream – 2 scoops
• Rose Syrup – 1 tsp

Method

1. First take an icecream bowl.
2. Add mango pulp, now add half of the crushed ice.
3. Add orange crush, now add rest of the ice.
4. Now we will add vanilla icecream.
5. Now decorate with rose syrup and an umbrella.
6. Serve chilled immediately.
