Oreo Biscuit Cream Pudding

Oreo Biscuit Cream Pudding is a very simple pudding recipe. Made with only 2 ingredients i.e. biscuit and ice cream.

A good option for kids birthday parties.

Ingredients (6 servings)

  • Vanilla Ice Cream – 500 gms (little loose)
  • Oreo Biscuits – 12 biscuits

Method

  1. Take an aluminium cake tin and arrange cling wrap to it.
  2. Arrange oreo biscuits along the sides of the cake tin.
  3. For the base, separate the biscuits and place it on the base of the cake tin.
  4. Place a layer of ice cream over the oreo biscuits.
  5. Now crush 3-4 biscuits.
  6. Put a layer of these crushed biscuits over the ice cream layer.
  7. Again put a layer of ice cream on it.
  8. Sprinkle 1 crushed biscuit on top for decoration.
  9. Keep it in the freezer for approx. 4 hours
  10. Once completely frozen, lift the pudding with the cling wrap and slide it onto a serving dish.
  11. Cut into pieces and serve.

Ingredients

  • 12 biscuits Oreo Biscuits

Instructions
 

  • Take an aluminium cake tin / any bowl and arrange cling wrap to it.
  • Arrange oreo biscuits along the sides of the cake tin.
  • For the base, separate the biscuits and place it on the base of the cake tin.
  • Place a layer of ice cream over the oreo biscuits.
  • Now crush 3-4 biscuits.
  • Put a layer of these crushed biscuits over the ice cream layer.
  • Again put a layer of ice cream on it.
