Mango Mousse

A mousse is a prepared food that incorporates air bubbles to give it a light and airy texture. It can range from light and fluffy to creamy and thick, depending on preparation techniques. Mousse may be sweet or savory.
This Mousse which I have made is sweet.

Ingredients

  • Mangoes(chopped) – 2 medium sized
  • Thick Cream – ½ cup
  • Honey/Sugar – 1 tbsp (or more if u need)
  • chopped dry fruits for garnishing (optional)

Method

  1. In a blender, add the mangoes and honey/sugar and blend them together.
  2. Add the cream and blend till smooth.
  3. Put the mango mousse in glasses.
  4. Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes till set.
  5. Garnish the mango mousse with chopped dry fruits if needed.
