A mousse is a prepared food that incorporates air bubbles to give it a light and airy texture. It can range from light and fluffy to creamy and thick, depending on preparation techniques. Mousse may be sweet or savory.
This Mousse which I have made is sweet.
Ingredients
- Mangoes(chopped) – 2 medium sized
- Thick Cream – ½ cup
- Honey/Sugar – 1 tbsp (or more if u need)
- chopped dry fruits for garnishing (optional)
Method
- In a blender, add the mangoes and honey/sugar and blend them together.
- Add the cream and blend till smooth.
- Put the mango mousse in glasses.
- Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes till set.
- Garnish the mango mousse with chopped dry fruits if needed.
