Kuttu ke Pakode are very delicious and easy to cook fritters prepared with kuttu ka atta and potatoes. You can have these pakodas for vrat or as a snack. These kuttu ke pakode can be served with curd or green chutney.
Ingredients (3-4 servings)
- Kuttu ka atta (buckwheat flour) – 2 cup
- Potatoes – 2 (finely chopped)
- Coriander Leaves – 3 tbsp (finely chopped)
- Green Chillies- 3-4 (finely chopped)
- Black Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
- Sendha Namak – to taste
- Oil – for frying
Method
- Combine flour, potatoes, coriander leaves, green chillies, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
- Mix in water to make a smooth batter.
- Cover and keep aside for about 10-15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a kadhai, drop spoonful of batter one by one in moderate hot oil and deep fry them from both sides till crisp.
- Kuttu ke pakode are ready to be served.
