Corn Kebabs are excellent in taste. These are very good and nutritious. Best loved by kids.
Ingredients
- Corn Cob – 1
- Boiled potato – 1
- Bread – 1 slice
- Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
- Carrot – 1 tsp (chopped)
- Capsicum – 1 tsp (chopped)
- Cabbage – 1 tsp (chopped)
- Green chillies – 3-4 (finely chopped)
- Cornflour Powder – 1 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Oil for frying
Method
- First boil corn cobs, remove the kernels and crush it in mixer.
- In a large bowl add crushed corn, potato, bread, onion, carrot, capsicum, cabbage, chillies, cornflour powder and salt, mix nicely make a smooth dough.
- Make equal sized balls, then flatten a little and fry in medium hot oil.
- Enjoy the corn kebabs with spicy green chutney and tomato sauce.
