Crispy corn with a chinese style. This is an innovation in which crispy corn is made and tossed with onion, tomato, green chilli, spring onions and sauces.
Ingredients
- American Corn – 1 cup (boiled)
- Gram Flour – 2 tbsp
- Corn Flour – 3 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
- Onion – 1 (chopped)
- Tomato – 1 (chopped)
- Green Chillies – 2 (chopped)
- Spring Onion – 3 tbsp (chopped)
- Tomato Ketchup – 2-3 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Soya Sauce – ½ tsp
- Vinegar – 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Oil – 2 tbsp + for frying
Method
- In a bowl add corn, gram flour, corn flour, salt & red chilli powder & mix well.
- Now fry the corns in hot oil until they becomes crispy. Keep aside.
- Now heat 2 tbsp. oil in a pan & add onion, tomato, spring onion & green chillies & saute for 1-2 minutes.
- Mix the fried corns to it & add salt, soya sauce, vinegar & mix well.
- Add tomato ketchup & cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
