Blue Lagoon

Blue Lagoon is an exotic non-alcoholic drink. It contains caracao syrup which has an orange-like flavour with varying degrees of bitterness. It is naturally colorless, but is often given artificial colouring (blue or orange) by adding food colour, which gives an exotic appearance to mocktails, cocktails and other drinks.

Ingredients (1 serving)

• Blue Caracao Syrup – 30 ml
• Sprite – 175 ml
• Lemon Juice – ½ tbsp
• Salt – a pinch
• Ice Cubes
• Lemon Slice – for garnishing

Method

1. In a glass, we add 5-6 ice cubes.
2. Add blue caracao syrup, lemon juice and salt. Mix well.
3. Fill the glass with sprite.
4. Garnish with lemon slice.
5. Your exotic drink is ready to be served.
