Banana Fry

Banana fry is made of raw bananas which are healthy because they have all their vitamins whereas ripe bananas lose some of them. Raw banana’s do not have a strong banana flavor at all.

Banana Fry 

Ingredients( 6 serves)

  • Raw Banana – 6
  • Oil – for frying
  • Dry Mango Powder – ½ tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder – ¼ tsp
  • Chaat Masala – ½ tsp
  • Salt – to taste

Method

  1. Peel the bananas and slice into long thin wedges or strips to make fries.
  2. Heat the oil in a kadai over medium-high heat. Place the bananas into the hot oil, and fry until golden brown, 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oil, and drain on absorbent paper towels. Pat off the excess oil.
  4. Season with salt, chilli powder, mango powder and chaat masala.
  5. Serve immediately.

NOTE:- During fast don’t use chaat masala & in place of salt use Sendha namak.
